The Star tends to be a solo player. Everything revolves around the Star and it is easy to go into misunderstandings that escalate upwards. Managing a Star requires high effort. Clear expectations, clear ownership, and specific boundaries are needed to manage a Star. Make sure to apply grounding in all your discussion to put things into their right perspective.
