Check your team status with monthly team insights

An agile team is one that changes, adapts, and reviews its own status to identify areas for improvement. That's great but... current workload and speed of doing things eat up a lot of time, leaving little room for introspection and checking an overview of the team's status. Essentially, teams and acting scrum masters need reminders and time to evaluate the team's status.

With our latest product update in Team O'clock, we try to tackle exactly this part - have an automated ping on the team status. Teams performing agile meetings in Team O'clock now get automatically monthly agile insights!

How it works

Monthly insights are generated using AI-Assist. If you have enabled this option for your organization, monthly insights are automatically generated and displayed by filtering a team in the Timeline view.

Taking input from your teams' notes, estimation votes, and action items you get a top of 5 status insights on agile performance. Insights highlight agile performance for each month, and classify each insight as good, indifferent, or bad. For each month an overall classification is assigned, so that you have a quick overview before checking the details.

You can filter and view all monthly insights of a team, and follow the team's status for each month.
