Introduction
In this activity the team assumes the role of a space rocket getting ready for launch. For a successful launch, the rocket should have enough thrust power to propel into space and face as little malfunctions as possible. Ask members to add notes either as boosters, that propel the team up, or malfunctions, that are holding the team down and need improvement.
For the specific activity, the facilitator could use these points to describe the process:
- The Malfunctions column is for things, actions, and processes that are holding the team down and can be improved.
- The Thrusters column is for things, actions, and processes that are working great and help the team reach its targets.
